We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to help grow our brand presence, manage online engagement, and support our sales funnel with high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business).
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with our brand identity.
• Monitor and track engagement, inquiries, and lead generation metrics.
• Segregate quality leads from dead leads for sales follow-up.
• Assist with Client Relationship Management by maintaining communication with prospects and customers.
• Draft and send professional responses to client inquiries via social media, email, and WhatsApp.
• Support inventory management and keep product listings, stock status, and promotions updated.
• Utilize Meta Business Suite / social media manager consoles to manage campaigns.
• Create and edit graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business).
• Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement tracking, and lead management.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and client communication etiquette.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and at least one of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in IT hardware / creative / design industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
