Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Executive will play a key role in managing and expanding Elysian Group’s digital presence, particularly on social media. This includes driving social media engagement, creating compelling content across platforms, supporting video storytelling, and enhancing our community presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and understands how to connect with audiences in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Growth

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and community interactions
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Write engaging content including blogs, social media captions
• Assist in scriptwriting and content planning for video shoots and podcasts
• Collaborate with the content and video teams to create compelling storytelling pieces

Community Management

• Engage with audiences across platforms, respond to inquiries, and nurture online communities
• Encourage user-generated content and leverage it for brand storytelling
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders through digital channels

Campaign Support

• Must be able to be on camera to shoot content for social media platforms
• Work closely with design and media teams to ensure alignment of brand identity
• Stay updated on digital trends, especially in real estate, to implement fresh ideas

Video & Creative Collaboration

• Support the content team during shoots and events
• Contribute to brainstorming creative video concepts for TikTok and other platforms
• Ensure all content aligns with Elysian’s brand values and marketing strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
• Proven track record in social media growth
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with video production processes (storyboarding, scriptwriting, shoot assistance)
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh, engaging ideas
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
