Social Media Marketing Executive

Techversol is a forward-thinking company specializing in game development, design, and interactive technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing social media platforms and running effective ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
• Create and manage paid media strategies to align with business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content and promotional material.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and ad formats.
• Monitor audience engagement, ensuring positive brand interactions and consistent messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
• Engage in regular keyword and market research to drive more qualified traffic and leads.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficient in digital advertising tools, including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in performance tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in game marketing or tech-related industries.
• Knowledge of additional social media platforms like Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
