Job Brief:

We’re looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and TikTok Ads.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns, along with a deep understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and lead generation.
This is a high-impact position for someone who knows how to use performance marketing and creative storytelling to grow brands and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns with strong ROI focus.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media and digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content calendars across multiple social platforms.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, optimizing budgets and creatives based on data insights.
  • Develop and implement retargeting, look-alike, and interest-based audience campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm updates, and social media best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and brand presence across platforms.
  • Maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging in all communications.
  • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in running and managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and campaign results.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passionate about digital trends, marketing innovation, and data-driven growth.
