Objective:
Build and maintain a strong brand presence, run marketing campaigns, manage content posting, and contribute creatively to brand identity, packaging, and gifting ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage post scheduling, PPC ads, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
- Conceptualize campaign ideas, brand shoots, packaging and gifting concepts, and promotional content.
- Develop brand storytelling, tone of voice, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, salons, boutiques, and lifestyle partners.
- Stay updated on fashion, beauty, lifestyle trends, and market aesthetics to bring fresh ideas.
- Support basic website updates, landing page improvements, and content placement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital, or brand marketing.
- Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, skincare, or product-based brands preferred.
- Strong sense of branding, creativity, storytelling, and visual appeal.
- Knowledge of social media tools, paid ads, analytics, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of website maintenance and graphic designing is a plus.
