We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media & Marketing Executive to lead our digital outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies in alignment with our overall marketing goals. The role requires strong creative, analytical, and leadership skills to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive social media strategies
- Create, schedule, and curate engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories)
- Monitor trends, tools, applications, and competitors
- Manage paid promotions and ad campaigns across platforms
- Track and report KPIs to measure content performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign integration
- Community management: monitor comments/messages and engage with followers
- Conduct A/B testing and adjust campaigns based on analytics
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and implement accordingly
- Oversee influencer partnerships and third-party collaborations
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
- Proficient in social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Project management and time-management skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategy
