The role involves planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content to build brand presence, generate leads, and support overall digital marketing goals.
Core Responsibilities (Common for All Levels):
- Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, and creatives
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
- Maintain posting calendars & brand consistency
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Responsibilities by Experience Level1️ Fresher / Intern (Course-Completed)
Ideal for: Candidates who have completed a Social Media / Digital Marketing course with internship exposure
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in content posting and scheduling
- Support in basic design coordination (with Canva or designer)
- Write captions and hashtags under guidance
- Monitor comments, likes, shares, and messages
- Learn platform algorithms and content formats
Required Skills:
- Completed course in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
