We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Executive who can consistently grow Paid, engagement, and followers, especially through Instagram and Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, content. If you understand algorithms, trends, and data-driven creativity, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish high-performing short-form contents (Reels Shorts)
• Optimise content for organic visibility using trends, hooks, hashtags, and timing
• Test different formats and styles to improve views, watch time, and engagement
• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and brand storytelling
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media / digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing organic views and engagement
• Strong understanding of short-form video strategy and content planning
• Excellent written English and creative storytelling ability
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to experiment and learn
