Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description (JD)

  • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for software products, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to understand technical offerings and translate them into marketing content.
  • Develop content strategies including posts, campaigns, and promotional materials for tech products and services.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends in SaaS, AI, and software development to improve marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Job Responsibilities (JRs)

  • Execute daily social media posting and campaign management.
  • Manage performance marketing ads on platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Generate qualified leads for SaaS and software development services.
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Create marketing funnels for B2B tech services and SaaS products.
  • Research target audiences including startups, enterprises, and tech companies.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand tech stacks, product features, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Support brand awareness and product launch campaigns for new software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing & Paid Ads
  • Understanding of Software House workflows and SaaS products
  • Familiarity with Tech Stacks, AI/ML concepts, and software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
