Social Media & Marketing Executive

A luxurious café in Qatar is seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate its online presence and engage a sophisticated audience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies tailored to premium hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality bilingual content (photos, videos, captions, stories, and reels) aligned with the café’s brand identity.

Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.

Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Coordinate with the café’s management and creative team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or luxury sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within a short-term contract.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an advantage.

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
• Location: On-site in Doha, Qatar
