We are seeking a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our online presence, create engaging content, and support marketing campaigns across our brands.

Position Details

• Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Executive
• Location: Rawalpindi Office (Office-based role)
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
• Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, and promotional campaigns
• Appear in and present video content with a clear and professional communication style (British accent preferred)
• Develop marketing strategies to promote ECO schemes, solar systems, and air source heat pumps
• Design basic graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar
• Monitor social media performance and generate reports on engagement and growth
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices
• Assist in lead generation campaigns and brand awareness initiatives

Requirements & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Confident communication skills; comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong content creation, creativity, and storytelling abilities
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in renewable energy or marketing industry (preferred)

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Marketing, Media, or Business-related degree preferred
