About the Role

GEO PTE Academy is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing who can take charge of our online presence and lead generation campaigns. This role requires someone who can join immediately and start contributing from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Research audience trends, competitors, and market insights
• Collaborate with the content, design, and admissions teams for marketing alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics Tools
• Strong understanding of content strategy and lead generation
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
• Immediate availability to join the team
• Experience in the education or consultancy industry will be a plus
