Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing social media strategies – Support the marketing team in planning and implementing social media strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage daily social media activities – Post and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create and curate content – Develop engaging captions, posts, and basic visual content to increase audience engagement.

Monitor and respond to audience – Track comments and messages, and respond promptly to maintain positive engagement with followers.

Track performance metrics – Monitor analytics such as reach, impressions, and engagement to evaluate content performance.

Coordinate with design and content teams – Work closely with designers and writers to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals.

Stay updated with trends and best practices – Keep up with current social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep the content relevant.

Assist in running paid campaigns – Support in setting up and monitoring paid social media advertisements under the guidance of the manager.

Conduct basic competitor research – Review competitor profiles and campaigns to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
