About the Role
Reach Skyline is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns. You’ll manage social media platforms, create engaging posts, analyze performance, and help brands grow online. Freshers with a passion for digital marketing and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and ad campaigns
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
• Collaborate with designers and content writers for campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Run paid ads and optimize campaigns (training will be provided if needed)

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing (Freshers welcome)
• Strong knowledge of popular platforms and trends
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
