We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both organic and inorganic social media campaigns, with a passion for developing strategies that engage, grow, and convert audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Organic Social Media Campaigns:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for organic social media campaigns, including copy, images, videos, and graphics.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages, and manage online community interactions to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement organic social media strategies aligned with client's business objectives, ensuring optimal performance across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, traffic, and conversions, and report on the success of organic campaigns.
- Trend Analysis & Content Optimization: Keep abreast of current social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies to improve results.
Inorganic Social Media Campaigns (Paid Media):
- Paid Social Advertising: Manage and execute paid campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Assist in creating compelling ad copy and visuals, conduct A/B testing, optimize ads for maximum ROI, and ensure alignment with overall goals.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spending while achieving desired results and KPIs.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options (interest-based, behavioral, demographic) to reach the right audience for both paid campaigns and social media objectives.
- Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improving paid campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Crisis Management: Address any negative comments, reviews, or PR issues on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in both organic and inorganic campaigns.
- Social Media Platforms: Proficient in managing and advertising across major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Analytics & Reporting: Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Ad Management Tools: Experience with social media ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with team members and audiences.
- Creativity: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to engage audiences and drive business growth.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
