Social Media Marketing Expert

We’re looking for a Social Media Expert who’s not just creative, but fast and reliable when it comes to managing customer inquiries. Our pages get a high volume of messages, comments, and product questions — and we need someone who can stay on top of it all with a calm, professional tone.

If you’re someone who can juggle content planning and community engagement, while keeping a close eye on our ad performance and analytics, you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of messages, DMs, and comments daily
• Respond promptly to customer/product queries across platforms
• Manage content and posting for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Track basic social and Google Ads , Meta Ads performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries or support

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing brand/business social media pages
• Strong written communication and multitasking skills
• Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Buffer
• Basic understanding of Google Ads
• Ability to stay organized and handle fast-paced online engagement

Nice to Have:

• Customer support or community management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
