Description:

Wispa Digital is a UK-based digital agency working with international brands. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Shop campaigns, Pinterest campaigns, and overall social media performance management.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with campaign goals
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop, and Pinterest
• Monitor performance metrics including traffic, impressions, engagement, and ROI
• Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies based on insights
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve brand visibility and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and campaign management
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Pinterest campaigns
• Proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and sales through social media
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Creative thinking combined with performance marketing experience
