Role-

This is a full time social media Marketing job for freshers in Ludhiana.This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to apply their skills in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly performance reports
• Support campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs in brand tone
• Research influencer collaborations or user-generated content opportunities.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of different social media platforms and best practices
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
