Key Responsibilities
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and respond to audience engagement
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to optimize strategy
- Track and report key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals
- Create and maintain a content calendar
- Coordinate and optimize paid campaigns if required
Influencer & Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in creative and authentic ways across social media
- Create original, high-quality content for posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a loyal community
- Promote products/services through collaborations, campaigns, and sponsored content
- Identify, reach out, and collaborate with other influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners
- Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Attend events, product launches, or brand collaborations as the brand’s representative
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform algorithms
Develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement through influencer campaigns

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
