Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.
  • Support graphic design projects using Adobe tools to produce visually appealing materials.
  • Conduct SEO research and implement best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and contribute innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for the music label and marketing firm
  • Support email marketing campaigns, scheduling and posting, tracking analytics
  • Help with website updates (WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, content uploads)
  • Research and report on marketing trends in music/entertainment and nonprofit sectors
  • Help coordinate small events or virtual live-sessions (for the label or nonprofit)
  • Develop one “mini project” of their own (e.g., a campaign from ideation → execution)Learning/Benefits:

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for graphic design tasks.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content creation strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
