The Role


The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing digital content that reflects the company’s brand identity and storytelling standards. This role involves creating, reviewing, and editing content for the company’s social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms.


The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for translating luxury brand values into visually engaging, high-quality content. Working closely with the marketing team, the intern will help ensure that all digital and written materials reflect the company’s messaging, brand tone, refined visual standards, and broader marketing objectives. Every piece of content should embody the sophistication, craftsmanship, and trust associated with a high-end renovation brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, and digital campaigns including static and video creatives.
  • Support performance tracking and gather insights from engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all content adheres to target audience, brand voice, tone, and visual identity standards.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, market insights, and algorithm updates to inform strategy and content planning.
  • Ideate and propose innovative social media tactics that enhance reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and schedule before-and-after content with photographers and videographers, ensuring on-brand creative execution.
  • Maintain daily communication with project managers and interior designers to gather updates, identify content opportunities, and plan site-specific content schedules.
  • Conduct regular site visits to at least three active construction sites per week to create engaging and high-end video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaigns and published content.


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube) and current digital trends.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility suitable for a luxury brand.
  • Knowledgeable in brand communication and able to translate brand values into cohesive, visually appealing content across all channels.
  • Proven ability to create and edit high-quality video content.
  • Excellent sense of pacing, visual composition, and narrative flow in short-form video content.
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, digital analytics, and social media performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
  • Passion for design, and storytelling within the high-end lifestyle or home renovation industry is a plus.
