Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales goals. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

2. Content Creation & Curation

  • Content Calendar: Own, manage, and maintain the cross-platform content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules.
  • Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (original text, photos, video, short-form video, and news).
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling, brand-consistent, and error-free copy and captions tailored to each platform's format and audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Content teams to produce high-quality visual assets, videos, and graphics.

3. Community & Reputation Management

  • Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and active online community.
  • Customer Service: Oversee customer interactions and reviews on social channels, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Customer Service).
  • Influencer/Ambassador Programs: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with relevant content creators and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

4. Analysis & Optimization

  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Optimization: Use social media analytics (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Paid Social: (Optional - Include if the role manages ads) Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, managing the allocated budget effectively.
