Social Media Marketing Intern

We are looking for an social media intern who can monetize anime-themed Facebook groups (e.g., Goku, Saitama communities), grow and monetize YouTube channels, and ultimately help us generate income through social media platforms. If you love anime and know how to turn followers into income—this is for you.

Responsibilities:

Facebook Group Monetization:

Manage, grow, and monetize anime-focused groups like Goku/Saitama fanbases. Use strategies like affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, shoutouts, and community engagement. Keep groups active with memes, polls, anime updates, discussions, and content drops. Understand and apply Meta monetization tools (like stars, subscriptions, in-stream ads, and more). YouTube Monetization Support:

Help manage and grow an anime YouTube channel. Work towards achieving YouTube Partner Program requirements (1K subs, 4K watch hours). Optimize content with thumbnails, keywords, SEO-friendly descriptions, and titles. Assist in creating meme compilations, voiceovers, AMVs, or short videos using anime content (without copyright issues). Social Media Earnings Strategy:

Identify income opportunities across social platforms (Instagram Reels Bonus, TikTok Creator Fund, Telegram paid channels, etc.). Build and maintain posting schedules to ensure consistent growth. Keep track of revenue streams and performance analytics. Content Creation & Community Engagement:

Make engaging anime memes, short reels, and viral content. Use tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere to create content. Engage with community members through comments, DMs, live Q&As, etc. Should have knowlege of the following:

Passion for anime (must know characters like Goku, Saitama, Naruto, etc.) Experience managing Facebook groups or fan pages Understanding of YouTube monetization rules & strategy Knowledge of social media income strategies (pages, groups, reels, etc.) Meme-making and video editing skills Strong communication & a growth mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
