Knowza Learning Solutions is a centralised support office providing operational and strategic services to multiple UK-based organisations, including Britannia Education Group, AIA Properties, and Strivex. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a responsible and organised Social Media Marketing Intern to support daily office operations and contribute to maintaining structured and efficient workplace systems.

Job Summary

The Social Media Intern role is suitable for a recent graduate or post graduate student seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand communication. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, consistency in execution, and the ability to follow brand guidelines within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts (captions, basic graphics, short videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to routine messages and comments professionally.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support campaign execution and promotional activities.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Assist in organizing digital marketing campaigns and online events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (completed or final year).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and structured processes.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month
• Office Timings: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Hiring & Workplace Policies

Our hiring process includes two stages: an initial interview, followed by a second assessment of cognitive skills.
