• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage social media scheduling and posting using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
• Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility.
• Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support in managing public relations efforts and relationship management with followers and influencers.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publishing.
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and e-commerce campaigns to increase online engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing Facebook advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Contribute to video editing projects for promotional content or social media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including branding, content creation, video editing, and public relations.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics.
