Social Media Marketing Internship program

About iPlex: iPlex is a fast-growing startup providing technology, design, marketing, and back-office resources to clients across the US, Gulf, Canada, and the UK. We help businesses scale quickly by embedding skilled resources into their teams.

We are looking for motivated interns with a marketing or social media background to join our team and learn hands-on while helping drive our marketing, social media, and lead generation efforts.

Help With:

1 Social Media & Content Intern

• Helping manage iPlex’s social media accounts (LinkedIn primarily).
• Assisting with content creation and scheduling posts.
• Supporting bi-weekly blog writing.
• Tracking analytics and helping optimize engagement.

4 Outreach & LinkedIn Interns

• Helping set up and optimize LinkedIn profiles.
• Assisting with daily posting, commenting, and engagement.
• Researching target companies and identifying decision-makers.
• Supporting LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Following up with prospects and updating CRM data.

Learning Opportunities:

• Exposure to B2B marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
• Learn how global clients operate in markets like the USA, the Gulf, and Canada.
• Hands-on experience with CRM management, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment and see measurable impact from your efforts.

Requirements:

• Background or interest in marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to work in a remote setup.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
