Social Media Marketing & IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Create and manage content across social media platforms -Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube etc.
• Develop and execute paid ad campaigns -Meta, Google Ads, etc.
• Generate leads and analyze campaign performance
• Create promotional videos and graphics for digital campaigns
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Monitor and grow audience engagement across all platforms
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategy

IT Support & Network Management:

• Manage and maintain Avaya phone systems
• Basic server and network maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with IT setup for new employees
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar dual role .
• Experience in Avaya systems, basic server, and network management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, capcut or similar
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask, creative mind and prioritize efficiently
