Job Description:

GrowX Digital is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Social Media Marketing & Management Intern to join our team in Peshawar. This is a full-time position, ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a little prior experience who are passionate about building a career in digital marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and working on live projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create and post engaging content (graphics, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
• Support in running paid ad campaigns and tracking performance.
• Research current trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Must be available full-time onsite in Peshawar.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• A little prior experience in content creation, marketing, or related work will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Creative, hardworking, and committed.
