NORDAQ is seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai and lead our marketing activities within the luxury hospitality sector.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing NORDAQ’s marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness, and creating engaging content across key digital and social platforms. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on creativity. All from planning campaigns and defining brand positioning to producing impactful content and managing day-to-day execution.

We are looking for a proactive, independent professional who is passionate about luxury brands and skilled at storytelling through digital channels. The right candidate will take ownership of NORDAQ’s marketing presence while collaborating closely with colleagues to support growth in the region and globally.

Job Description – Social Media Marketing Manager

The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing NORDAQ’s marketing activities across relevant channels, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, visibility, and engagement within the luxury hospitality sector.

This role includes ownership of the company-wide marketing strategy and involves responsibility for brand positioning, market expansion, and alignment of marketing efforts with NORDAQ’s overall commercial goals. The employee is expected to contribute to the high-level vision, planning, and direction of the brand’s marketing function, while also taking an active role in day-to-day content creation and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and develop NORDAQ’s marketing strategy across digital and content channels to support the company’s long-term brand and commercial objectives.
  • Plan, produce, and publish content across social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email newsletters, and articles.
  • Create original visual content through photography and videography, adapted to each platform and in line with NORDAQ’s brand identity.
  • Define and uphold the company’s brand positioning within the luxury hospitality sector, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
  • Design and execute strategic campaigns that support market expansion and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse performance across channels, applying insights to improve effectiveness and reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing activities with product launches, sales priorities, and company milestones.
  • Maintain a proactive and self-directed approach to generating content, campaigns, and ideas that support business goals and elevate brand presence.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and competitor activity to ensure NORDAQ remains innovative and forward-looking in its marketing approach.

The employee is expected to work strategically and independently, taking full ownership of NORDAQ’s marketing direction and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
