- Understand client briefs and independently develop insight-driven content plans and social media calendars aligned to brand goals.
- Lead content ideation and copywriting for posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. with minimal supervision.
- Manage Online Reputation (ORM) by ensuring timely, professional, and brand-appropriate responses to all consumer interactions.
- Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients, secure approvals, and drive execution end-to-end.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, media buyers, and account teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery.
- Track competitor activity, identify gaps, and propose differentiated content strategies.
- Monitor industry/category trends and integrate insights into campaign planning.
- Conduct daily research on social platforms and news/media outlets to share updates, trend alerts, and opportunities with the team.
- Manage and mentor the social media team — assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Plan, prioritize, and track team workload effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Take ownership of timelines, output, and problem-solving without waiting for escalation.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring smooth execution.
