Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posting
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with online communities to increase brand loyalty.
- Manage online interactions in a way that supports brand voice and values.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize them for better ROI.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for social media content.
- Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategies based on data analysis and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 4+ years experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Experience in photography and videography for social media content.
- Creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
