Social Media Marketing Manager

India

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posting
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with online communities to increase brand loyalty.
  • Manage online interactions in a way that supports brand voice and values.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize them for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for social media content.
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategies based on data analysis and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven 4+ years experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Experience in photography and videography for social media content.
  • Creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
