We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and showcasing our work to audiences and partners worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, on-brand content.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our productions and company profile globally.
• Coordinate social media campaigns and partnerships with clients and collaborators.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and short-form videos highlighting key projects and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Track analytics and performance to optimize content and engagement.
• Support the team with basic content editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and social media management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Basic video or photo editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Enthusiasm to work in a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
