Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms for our small businesses. The ideal candidate will strategically manage and grow our social media accounts while serving as a marketing brand ambassador who creates engaging, authentic content that resonates with our targeted audiences.

This role requires a mixture of creativity, strategy, and hands-on initiative. The right candidate isn’t afraid to put in the legwork to market our multiple businesses both online and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage daily social media activity: content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
• Create, curate, and edit high-quality visuals, videos, pictures, and posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Serve as an on-camera brand ambassador when needed.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns and optimize content with SEO best practices.
• Monitor analytics and trends to refine strategy and maximize results.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand growth.

Required:

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and data-driven.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in social/digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
• Experience with photography, videography, or website management.

Base Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
