The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role requires strong creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-oriented social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals and messaging.
- Run paid advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Handle community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Use analytics tools to prepare monthly performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and agencies to enhance brand reach and visibility.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Ensure brand voice, identity, and guidelines are applied across all digital touchpoints.
