Job Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively connect with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage daily content creation including posts, stories, reels, videos, and blogs across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to boost brand awareness and audience interaction
• Run, monitor, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams for integrated marketing campaigns
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Build and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
• Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing (preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
