Job Summary: The DeLaMode UK is seeking a sophisticated and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and elevate our presence across all digital platforms. This role is not merely about posting content; it requires a proactive professional who can manage the brand’s digital reputation, drive high-level engagement, and implement data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for re-establishing the brand’s saliency and ensuring our platforms reflect the exclusivity and authority of a premier luxury destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management & Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent, high-end visual aesthetic and a professional posting schedule.
  • Community Engagement & Luxury Support: Take full ownership of all platform interactions. You must ensure 100% response rates to all comments, inquiries, and DMs. All communication must be conducted in a sophisticated, brand-aligned English tone that caters to an elite, high-profile clientele.
  • VIP Concierge Channel: Manage and populate the "VIP Black Card" WhatsApp broadcasting channel. You will be responsible for curating exclusive updates, "first-look" arrivals, and personalized content for our top-tier customer database.
  • Analytics & Performance Auditing: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion). You will use these insights to perform weekly audits of the strategy and adjust tactics to ensure maximum brand visibility.
  • Editorial Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-end captions and promotional copy that tells a story of luxury and exclusivity. Every piece of text must align with the brand’s "Quiet Luxury" voice and be free of grammatical errors.
  • Content Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure that all scheduled content is ready for publication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in managing social media for luxury fashion, premium lifestyle brands, or high-end retail.
  • Communication: Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to converse with high-net-worth individuals with professionalism and etiquette.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO for platforms like Instagram/TikTok, and experience with social media management tools (scheduling and analytics).
  • Trend Awareness: A strong pulse on both global luxury trends and the local Pakistani high-fashion market.

Job Details:

  • Location: DHA Phase 3 , Lahore (On-site).
  • Working Hours: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Position Type: Full-Time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
