ABOUT TKI & THIS ROLE
The Kaga Institute of Medicine & Aesthetics has built a following of over 77,000 Instagram followers as a physician-founded, science-forward aesthetic and wellness practice. Our Medical Director is a content creator, KOL, and educator — and she is ready to scale.

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager who can take what's already working and build a systematic content machine around it. You'll work directly with Dr. Kaga to translate clinical expertise, brand storytelling, and treatment innovation into content that educates, converts, and builds community across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

This is not a role for someone who schedules posts and writes captions. This is a role for someone who understands brand positioning in the medical aesthetic space, thinks in content strategy, and knows how to make a physician's expertise visible at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own TKI's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — content calendar, posting cadence, engagement, and growth
  • Collaborate directly with Dr. Kaga on ideation, scripting, and production of educational and brand-building content
  • Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) with a strong sense of pacing, hook writing, and visual narrative
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact (newsletters, promotions, seasonal launches)
  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and reviews with the precision and warmth that reflects TKI's brand
  • Track performance analytics across platforms; bring data-informed recommendations to weekly strategy conversations
  • Support paid social campaigns (Instagram/Facebook Ads) for specific treatment promotions and events
  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and brand partners on content production days
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets — visual identity, voice, and messaging standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of social media or digital marketing experience — medical, aesthetic, wellness, or luxury consumer brand background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable portfolio of content that grew an account, drove engagement, or launched a campaign that converted
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for graphics; video editing capability (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities shift and quality still has to be high
  • Strong writing instincts: you can take clinical language and make it compelling without dumbing it down
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
  • Bonus: experience working with or for a physician, injector, or aesthetic brand in a content-forward capacity
