Social Media Marketing Manager - Healthcare

CONNECT X is seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in the healthcare and medical billing space. If you have a strong grasp of social media trends, paid advertising, and healthcare marketing dynamics, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with business goals.

Location: I-9/3, Islamabad (Onsite)

Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to the healthcare and medical billing audience
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports with actionable insights
• Conduct audience research and apply targeting strategies for better engagement and conversions
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads preferred)
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and analytics
• Solid understanding of branding, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
