We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, manage campaigns, and grow our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
• Create engaging content (graphics, reels, captions, and blog posts).
• Monitor analytics and generate performance reports.
• Manage the company’s online reputation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO basics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools (bonus if you can create short videos).
• Experience in education or consultancy marketing will be an advantage.
