Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning, paid campaigns, audience engagement, and performance analysis — preferably within the IT, tech, or fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow company accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate monthly performance reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Collaborate with designers and content writers for consistent branding
- Support lead generation efforts through organic and paid social campaigns
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth tactics
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic knowledge of ad budgeting and performance optimization
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and basic SEO concepts
