We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive who can work independently without a marketing team. The ideal candidate should be a self-learner with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end social media presence, content planning, engagement growth, and performance tracking using AI tools as well as traditional SMM strategies.
The role focuses on brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple social platforms, aligned with 2026 social media and AI trends.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage complete social media strategy independently.
- Handle daily operations of social media platforms such as:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok / YouTube Shorts (if required)
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Generate content ideas (posts, reels, carousels, stories) for different platforms.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags optimized for reach and engagement.
- Optimize content for:
- Platform algorithms
- Audience behavior
- Engagement and conversions
AI Tools & Traditional SMM
- Use AI tools for:
- Content ideation and caption writing
- Hashtag research
- Posting optimization and trend analysis
- Apply manual and traditional SMM techniques such as:
- Community engagement
- Comment and DM management
- Trend-based posting
- Brand voice consistency
Growth, Engagement & Leads
- Grow followers organically through engagement strategies and content optimization.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Support lead generation through social media campaigns and CTAs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics including:
- Reach, impressions, engagement
- Follower growth
- Leads and conversions
- Use platform insights and analytics tools to optimize content performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration & Brand Consistency
- Work independently or coordinate with designers/developers when needed.
- Ensure brand tone, visuals, and messaging are consistent across platforms.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive.
- Ability to work independently and manage all SMM tasks alone.
