Position Summary

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager - a strategic, analytical, and creatively driven professional who can elevate our brand’s online presence, strengthen engagement, and drive measurable growth.

This role goes beyond posting content - it’s about crafting impactful campaigns, analyzing performance, leading the social media team, and ensuring our platforms consistently reflect our brand voice and goals. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Conduct performance audits and continuously refine strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Define KPIs, growth goals, and engagement benchmarks for all channels.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and company milestones.

2. Content Leadership

  • Lead ideation and execution of creative, engaging, and on-brand content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Produce engaging, on-brand content weekly.
  • Collaborate with internal talent for ideas and scripts.
  • Innovate with new content formats across video, marketing, and social media teams.
  • Review and approve posts to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with key insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify high-performing content types and scale their impact through data-backed strategies.

4. Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and IT teams to align social media initiatives with product launches, recruitment efforts, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with media buyers to identify organic content worth promoting.
  • Support the recruitment and supervision of SMM specialists, content creators, and community managers.

5. Community Management

  • Oversee day-to-day engagement across platforms: respond to messages, comments, and mentions.
  • Manage online reputation and ensure consistent, professional brand communication.
  • Encourage user-generated content and foster a sense of community among followers.

6. Paid Campaign Collaboration

  • Collaborate with media buyers to plan and optimize paid social campaigns.
  • Suggest high-performing organic posts for boosting and contribute to targeting discussions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for improving ROI.

7. Organization & Leadership

  • Manage the social media workflow, ensuring all campaigns launch on time and meet performance goals.
  • Set clear priorities, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability within the SMM team.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins to ensure alignment and address any bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills & Qualities

- 5+ years of proven experience in social media management or marketing.

- Exceptional copywriting and content strategy skills.

- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Proficiency in paid social ad collaboration (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement techniques.

- Basic design/editing skills in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.

- Excellent English communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
