Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a social-first storyteller with agency experience to lead our brand’s voice, vibe, and visuals across TikTok & Instagram. You’ll own end-to-end strategy, content creation, and execution - crafting scroll-stopping content that drives brand love, engagement, and growth. If you live and breathe social, spot trends before they peak, and can create on the fly without waiting for a design team, we want you. Beauty obsession required. What You’ll Do

• Lead social strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat (and LinkedIn) with a platform-first approach.
• Create high-impact, in-app content using CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
• Manage posting, scheduling, and daily community engagement.
• Jump on trends and produce reactive content at speed.
• Partner with Influencer & UGC teams to integrate creator content seamlessly.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and pivot fast based on data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media or digital content (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven success on TikTok & Instagram.
• Skilled with editing tools and analytics platforms.
• Comfortable on-camera or directing content.
