About the Role

Medical Center is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist with a medical/healthcare background to lead our digital presence. You will manage strategy, content creation, and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and more—turning complex medical topics into engaging, creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging healthcare-related content (reels, stories).
• Shoot and edit content on mobile (short-form videos, behind-the-scenes, testimonials).
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver accurate, patient-friendly content.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
• Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (medical background mandatory).
• 1–2 years of proven social media experience in healthcare/medical industry.
• Strong skills in mobile shooting & editing.
• Bilingual: Arabic & English.
• Familiarity with paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat (preferred).
