Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve measurable growth in followers across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, with a high priority on increasing followers across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

* Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives).

* Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

* Plan and run paid campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.

* Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.

* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
