Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are a Software Company looking to expand our digital team by hiring a highly creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to lead the company’s online presence across platforms and drive authentic, organic growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategic content, build a consistent brand identity, and manage communication with target audiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong content creation skills with platform expertise, has knowledge of software and hardware, and a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management
  • Write various types of content: social media posts, ads, website copy, company profiles, and simple articles.
  • Create engaging formats: Reels, Carousels, Threads, Polls, Stories.
  • Design visuals using Canva or coordinate with a designer.
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar.
  • Platform & Account Management
  • Create and manage business accounts on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile.
  • Set up bios, links, profile assets, and CTAs as needed.
  • Engagement & Organic Growth
  • Schedule posts using Meta Suite, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages.
  • Execute growth strategies (follow/unfollow, outreach, community interaction).
  • Drive consistent, unpaid audience growth.
  • Strategy & Consistency
  • Align content across platforms while adapting style per channel.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice and identity.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, including:
  • • Follower growth
  • • Engagement rate
  • • Top-performing posts
  • • Recommendations for improvement
  • Platform Expansion
  • Explore new or regional platforms based on campaign goals or audience relevance (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, Gulf/African platforms).


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer) and basic analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms with creativity and consistency.
  • Energetic, organized, self-motivated, and up to date with digital trends.
  • Knowledge in software and hardware, or proven interest in IT-related fields.
