Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) across all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve content and strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
• Monitor competitors and industry influencers for relevant content and trends.
• Generate monthly social media reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or related role (1–3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience working in [industry or niche, e.g., e-commerce, tech, fashion].
