We are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented to own our digital presence and drive our brand forward. This isn't just a scheduling role or writing content for the sake of content – we need a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for crafting visually stunning content, writing compelling copy, analyzing performance data(KPI), and building meaningful connections with our community and macro/micro-influencers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Compelling Copywriting:

  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy for all social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Develop creative captions that drive engagement (likes, comments, shares) and reflect our brand's tone of voice
  • Craft compelling scripts for video content and influencer collaborations.

2. Micro-Influencer Seeking & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, research, and vet potential macro/micro-influencer partners who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Manage the outreach, negotiation, and collaboration process from initial contact to campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term, authentic relationships with influencers to create genuine advocacy.

3. Data-Driven Analytics & Strategy:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using native platform insights and tools like Google Analytics or Sprout Social.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and reports to inform content strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Continuously test and optimize content based on performance data to maximize growth and impact.

4. Creative Graphic Design & Video Content Creation:

  • Design high-quality, engaging visual content (static graphics, short-form videos, GIFs, stories) that aligns with our brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) .
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process for social assets, ensuring a consistent and polished look and feel across all platforms.

5. Adaptable Flexibility:

  • Proactively manage and grow our presence on established platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Quickly adapt strategies and create content for new platforms to secure first-mover advantages for the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and managing influencer partnerships.
  • A keen eye for visual composition and a passion for storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
