We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to design and deliver impactful, data-driven strategies that grow our brand presence, engage audiences, and generate quality leads. - Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more for maximum ROI.
- Leverage advanced targeting methods — including custom and lookalike audiences — to reach high-value segments.
- Conduct audience and market research to refine campaign targeting by city, region, or niche groups.
- Work with designers, content creators, and video teams to produce compelling posts, visuals, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure paid and organic efforts work hand-in-hand.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interactions through creative content formats.
- Stay updated on platform changes, competitor activities, and emerging trends to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand reach and credibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in managing social media and paid campaigns, ideally in education, real estate, or similar sectors.
- Strong expertise in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Ability to create content calendars, manage brand tone, and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to align them with paid media strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
- Exposure to the EdTech sector and an understanding of educators, students, and parent audiences is a plus.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar programs.
- Experience with influencer marketing and third-party partnerships.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with design or video editing tools.
- Previous experience working in EdTech or educational campaigns.
