Social Media Marketing Specialist

Muscat, Oman

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

Key Responsibilities

Identify & Generate New Opportunities

Conduct market research, outreach, and networking to pinpoint prospective clients (e.g., startups, SMEs, enterprise verticals) seeking development services. 


Build & Nurture Client Relationships

Engage with prospects through pitch meetings, discovery sessions, and presentations. Cultivate long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. 


Craft Custom Proposals & Presentations

Work with design and development teams to create tailored proposals and demos that showcase Techsculp capabilities. 


Market & Competitor Insights

Monitor industry trends—like AI search, CMS platforms, or mobile development tools—to position the company strategically. Use this intelligence to adapt pitches and service offerings. 


Track Performance & Forecast

Maintain sales pipelines, monitor KPIs (leads, conversion rates, revenue targets), and report forecasts to management. 


Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless delivery. 


Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 


2–3 years of experience in digital agencies. 


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 


Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends. 


Passion for technology and innovation, with adaptability to changing market demands.
